1. Repair Services Refund Policy
We strictly operate on a No Fix, No Fee commitment. If our technician is unable to resolve your device problem during diagnosis, you will not be charged any labor fee.
2. Accessories Return Policy (30 Days)
All accessories purchased from our shop (chargers, power banks, phone cases) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund, provided they are in original packaging and condition.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds for card and digital payments will be credited back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
